Overview
Cellular Lightweight Concrete

TaG-Crete™ Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) is a lightweight concrete produced from a mixture of fine aggregate, Portland cement, water, and preformed foam. The preformed foam is produced using Foaming Agent in conjunction with a Foam Generator. The preformed foam is mixed with the concrete mixture and permanently incorporates millions of microscopic, uniform, closed cell air bubbles.

The density of TaG-Crete™ CLC is controlled by manipulating the air content of the mix. Air content is controlled by the volume of preformed foam added to the mix. TaG-Crete™ CLC may be produced in densities ranging from 25 to 120 pounds per cubic foot (lbs/ft3). The stability and consistency of the preformed foam produced with Foam Generators and Foaming Agent allows the user to accurately reproduce the concrete mixture from one batch to another.
